Liam
Jackson: "How do you mentally and physically feel after that set?"
Liam: "I feel more accomplished, honestly the progression is crazy, I also feel like am getting stronger. I couldn't even get 135 up for 3 two weeks ago. Now I am doing it for 10."

Ethyn
Jackson: "How did the weight feel going up, and what was challenging about and was going on in your head?"
Ethyn: "Man I was like there is no way i am getting this stuff of my chest. I was thinking it was going to fall and crush my ribs. But then, when it started going up I was like wait lemme try another...and another.... Then I was at three reps, you just got to believe homie."

Tobias
Jackson: "Hey Tobias when I pushed you to go further and get that last rep in, even though it felt like you couldn't, What was going through your mind?"
Tobias: "I was low key mad at you first cause I was not tryna do all that, and in the moment it hurts a lot, but the reward is far better then the pain to get there."
DJ
Jackson: "Yo DJ what challenges did you have to face but ultimately succeeded to reach your goal?"
DJ: "Hmm well... it was eating enough healthy food to still look lean but at the same time get enough protein and calorie intake for muscle gain."
Jackson: "Great response, OK now.. last question what was your hardest lift, out of the big three lifts and why?"
DJ: "Most definitely my dead lift, all my other lifts are great and need sum improvement, but I think my dead-lift needs the most. Along with my grip strength."
Emil
Jackson: "Emil what did you value the most throughout this journey?"
Emil: "What I valued most?... hmm let me think, oh yea it was definitely the encouragement. I valued other's support over anything else. I think it is the idea of having others to rely on, and everyone being in the gym with the same mindset getting it done, is all you need to reach your goal."
